Pick Up Marbles:

Step One: Begin with your foot flat on the floor.
Step Two: Using your toes, pick up marbles one by one and place them in a container.
Step Three: Twenty Repetitions with each foot

 

Towel Scrunch

Step One: Begin with foot flat on the floor with a towel as shown.

Step Two: Keeping heel on floor, repetitively "scrunch up" towel.

Step Three: Each time you curl your toes equals on repetition.

Step Four: Twenty repetitions with each foot.
